Job Details:

Minimum requirements are as follows:

  • 1000 hours PIC time on A330
  • Total time 4000 hours
  • Current within 6-12 months (must have a valid/current PC)
  • Valid ATP license, valid passport, Class A Medical
  • Must be from a country with diplomatic ties to China
  • No incidents or accidents, no license limitations
  •  Age 54 maximum 

Contract Term: 4 year initial / Renewable

Base:  Beijing or Hangzhou

NOW OFFERING 6 DIFFERENT SCHEDULING OPTIONS.  Compensation:  Up to $290,000/year (net)!  

Salary amounts as follows (all amounts AFTER tax):

RESIDENT OPTIONS:

Option 1:  30 days off in peak season, or 45 days off in low season.

Total Monthly Compensation:  $24,166 per month (including salary, allowance and bonus)

•   $19,000 per month  after line check

•   $2,500 per month living allowance

•   $10,000 travel allowance (reimbursement) per year.

•   $6,000 per year Safety Bonus

•   $16,000 per year annual bonus (when renewing contract: +$1,000 per year of service)

•   15 days of additional paid annual leave per calendar year

The contract is based on 920 hours per year.  Overtime above 920 hours per year at $300/hr.

Option 2:  Six weeks on, two weeks off.

Total Monthly Compensation:  $23,166 per month  (including salary, allowance and bonus)

•   $18,000USD  after line check

•   $2,500 per month living allowance

•   $10,000 travel allowance (reimbursement) per year.

•   $6000 per year Safety Bonus

•   $16,000 per year annual bonus  (when renewing contract: +$1,000 per year of service)

•   15 days of additional paid annual leave per calendar year

The contract is based on 720 hours per year.  Overtime above 720 hours per year at $250/hr.

Option 3: 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
  NOTE:  The 15 days before and after Chinese Spring Festival are not available for Off-duty days.  Also, July and August are not available.  Applicable off-duty days will be compensated during other months.

Total Monthly Compensation:  $19,367 per month (including salary, allowance and bonus)

•   $16,000 per month  after line check

•   $1,200 per month living allowance

•   $8.000 travel allowance (reimbursement) per year.

•   $5,000 per year Safety Bonus

•   $13,000 per year annual bonus  (when renewing contract: +$1,000 per year of service)

•   15 days of additional paid annual leave per calendar year

The contract is based on 650 hours per year.  Overtime above 650 hours per year at $200/hr.

Option 4:  4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
NOTE:  The 15 days before and after Chinese Spring Festival are not available for Off-duty days.  Fourteen (14) consecutive off-duty days can be applied during July and August.  The remaining off-duty days will be compensated during other months.

Total Monthly Compensation:  $16,083 per month (including salary, allowance and bonus)

•   $13,500 per month  after line check

•   $1,000 per month living allowance

•   $6,000 travel allowance (reimbursement) per year.

•   $3,000 per year Safety Bonus

•   $10,000 per year annual bonus  (when renewing contract: +$1,000 per year of service)

•   15 days of additional paid annual leave per calendar year

The contract is based on 500 hours per year.  Overtime above 500 hours per year at $200/hr.

COMMUTER OPTIONS

Option 1:  Three weeks on, one week off per month.  No less than 7 consecutive days per calendar month in the permanent residence overseas.

Total Monthly Compensation:  $23,166 per month  (including salary, allowance and bonus)

•   $18,000USD  after line check

•   $2,500 per month living allowance

•   $10,000 travel allowance (reimbursement) per year.

•   $6000 per year Safety Bonus

•   $16,000 per year annual bonus  (when renewing contract: +$1,000 per year of service)

•   15 days of additional paid annual leave per calendar year

The contract is based on 720 hours per year.  Overtime above 720 hours per year at $250/hr.

Total Monthly Compensation:  $16,083 per month (including salary, allowance and bonus)

•   $13,500 per month  after line check

•   $1,000 per month living allowance

•   15 days of additional paid annual leave per calendar year

The contract is based on 500 hours per year.  Overtime above 500 hours per year at $200/hr.

Employee Travel:
Capital Air System - Unlimited 80% discounted travel for pilot and immediate family members.

Hainan Airline Group - Unlimited 80% discounted travel for pilot on domestic route system

Tuition Assistance:  For children who are educated in China, each pilot is given an education subsidy ($ 1,000 per month).  Pilot may be required to show the Study Certificate and receipt of payment of tuition. The education subsidy is paid monthly with wages. 

Health Insurance:  International Health Insurance Program: Starting from 2017.7.1, BCA collaborates with China Life Insurance, bears the cost and provides international health insurance, only one month after pilots have joined BCA. If pilot’s family also intends to join the insurance, they can be included within the plan but the cost should be borne by the pilot.
