Minimum requirements are as follows:
- 1000 hours PIC time on the B737NG (current on type within 6 months)
- Total time 3000 hours
- Valid Proficiency Check
- Valid ATP license with no limitations
- Valid passport, Class A Medical
- Maximum age: below 53
- Must be from a country which has diplomatic relations with China
- Must present a criminal history showing no history of criminal activity
Five contract options will be offered (all amounts are net)
China Based (30 days paid annual leave)……$25,833 per month (80 hours/mo)
China Based (45 days paid annual leave)…….$23,833 per month (75 hours/mo)
Commuter A: (6 weeks on, 2 weeks off)……….$20,833 per month (120hrs per 6 wks)
Commuter B: (6 weeks on, 4 weeks off)……….$17,833 per month (120hrs per 6 wks)
Commuter C: (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off)……….$14,833 per month (85 hrs per 4 wks)
Above includes base salary, allowances, safety bonus, and contract completion bonus.
Overtime: $220/hour for China Based, and $200/hour for commuter
Training pay: $300 per day during training. Full pay when checked to the line.
Sick Leave: 10 days per year.
Company Tickets: 10 standby tickets on Ruili Airlines, Unlimited jumpseat
Tax receipt will be provided every quarter.
Chinese income taxes will be paid by Ruili Airlines. Expat status may dramatically reduce your national tax liability. Consult your CPA for tax advice.
