Job Details:

Minimum requirements are as follows:

  • Valid B737-300-900 type rating with no limitation.
  • 500 hours PIC time on type.
  • Total time 5000 hours  (current on type within 12 months.  Up to 24 months will be considered for experienced Captains)
  • Valid ATP license with no limitations,
  • Valid passport, Class A Medical
  • Maximum age 55
  • Must present a criminal history showing no history of criminal activity (after successful completion of initial screening)

Domicile: Nanchang City, China  (Jiangxi province)

Contract Term: 3 years, renewable

Option 1:  Living in China (42 days of paid leave per year)

Total Monthly compensation:  $27,466 per month

Base Salary:  $23,200/mo   (based on 75 hours per month)

Housing allowance: $1600/mo

Ticket Allowance:     $500/mo

Safety Bonus:            $24,000/year

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $300/hour over 900 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $15, 000 per year after the first contract. $20,000 per year after the second contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.

 

Option 2:  22 days on, 8 days off or 44 days on, 16 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $26,366 per month

Base Salary:  $22,100 (based on 75 hours per month)

Housing allowance: $1600

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:            $24,000/year

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $280/hour over 900 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $15, 000 per year after the first contract. $20,000 per year after the second contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.

 

Option 3:  19 days on, 11 days off…or 38 days on, 22 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $22,066 per month

Base Salary:  $18,300  (based on 65 hours per month)

Housing allowance: $1600

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:            $18,000/year

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $250/hour over 780 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Option 4:  17 days on, 13 days off…or 34 days on, 26 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $20,966 per month

Base Salary:  $17,200  (based on 65 hours per month)

Safety Bonus:            $18,000/year

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $250/hour over 780 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Option 5:  30 days on, 30 days off…or 2 months on, 2 months off

Total Monthly compensation for 30/30 option:  $15,600 per month

Total Monthly compensation for 2mo/2mo option:  $13,000 per month

Base Salary (30/30 option):  $12,500   (based on 50 hours per month)

Base Salary (2 mo/2 mo option): $9,900 (based on 47 hours per month)

Housing allowance: $1600

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:            $10,000/year

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $250/hour over 600 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $15, 000 per year after the first contract. $20,000 per year after the second contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.

Exceptions:

  1. For Option 2, February will be an exception:  22 days on, 6 days off.  Days off in a single month shall not be more than 14.
  2. For Option 3, February is an exception: 19 days on, 9 days off.  Days off for a single month shall not be more than 16 days.
  3. For Option 4, February is an exception: (17 days on, 11 days off)
  4. For Option 5, days off shall commence from the 16th of the month and continue for 30 days.  For 2 months on, 2 months off option, days off cannot be applied during July and August.
  5. For Option 4 and 5, simulator training will be done during days off.

Contract Renewal Bonus:  $15,000 per year upon renewal of contract.  $20,000 per year after the 3rd renewed contract.

Travel to interview:  Candidates will receive reimbursement for air travel upon arrival in China.  Travel itineraries must be pre-approved.  You must provide a receipt and original boarding passes.  Hotel costs while in China are paid by Jiangxi Air.

Note about Compensation and Taxation:
The compensation amounts listed above have been provided by the airline.  The airline has agreed to pay all taxes owed in China on the different compensation amounts and provide a tax receipt to the pilot. All tax matters are handled by the airline including payment of tax and provision of a tax receipt.
